Grade 2 winner RULER’S COURT (Doneraile Court) has been retired and will
stand at Vinery Stud near Summerfield, Florida, for a live foal fee of $5,000,
due when the foal stands and nurses. He shared top weight of 126 pounds on the 2003 Experimental Free Handicap for males, along with champion Action This
Day and Cuvee.

Ruler’s Court fetched $400,000 from John Ferguson on behalf of Darley
at the 2003 OBS February two-year-old sale and immediately showed promise with a
two-length maiden special weight victory in his career debut. The dark bay colt
went on to run third and fourth in the Hollywood Juvenile Championship S. (G3)
and Best Pal S. (G2), respectively, before scoring a dominating 14-length win in
the Norfolk S. (G2) at Santa Anita in stakes-record time.

The Norfolk was Ruler’s Court last race as a two-year-old and he didn’t run
at three due to injury. Returning in March, the four-year-old started off the
year overseas in Dubai before taking an extended break over the summer. He then
headed to Belmont Park, where he finished out his career with an allowance score and
a runner-up finish in an optional allowance/claiming event.

From a line of 8-3-1-1, Ruler’s Court compiled $235,900 in lifetime
earnings.
