Top Weekly Brisnet Speed Ratings for Stakes March 12 – 18

Two runners over the past weekend threw up triple-digit BRIS Speed ratings from around the country, though a few others weren’t far off.

Both runners came at Laurel Park on March 16. Lewisfield successfully defended his title in the Not For Love Stakes to earn a 103 BRIS Speed rating while Cordmaker was awarded a 100 BRIS Speed figure for his score in the Harrison E. Johnson Memorial Stakes earlier on the card.

Also of note was Alwaysminig, who garnered a 99 BRIS Speed number for his romping victory in the Private Terms Stakes on the same day at Laurel.

Omaha Beach and Long Range Toddy each won Road to the Kentucky Derby points contests over the weekend at Oaklawn Park. Omaha Beach received a 98 BRIS Speed rating for his triumph in the second division of the Rebel Stakes (G2) and Long Range Toddy earned a 97 BRIS Speed figure for taking the first division of the Rebel.
