Grade 1 winner NOTHING TO LOSE (Sky Classic) has been retired by his
owner-breeders, Kenneth and Sarah Ramsey.

Although Nothing To Lose captured the Tropical Park Derby (G3) and Palm Beach
S. (G3) as a three-year-old, he blossomed into a top-class turf performer at
four for trainer Bobby Frankel. In his most visually impressive effort, he drew
off to a commanding 4 1/2-length victory in the Shadwell Turf Mile (G1) at
Keeneland. Nothing To Lose also scored in the Fourstardave H. (G2) at Saratoga
and placed in the United Nations H. (G1), Bernard Baruch H. (G2) and San Marcos
H. (G2).

In a career spanning three seasons, he won six of 15 starts and placed four
times, garnering $809,210 in earnings. The five-year-old did not race this year,
his final outing a sixth-place finish in the Citation H. (G1) in November 2004.

Out of the stakes-winning mare Cherlindrea (Clever Trick), Nothing To Lose is
a full brother to Grade 3-placed Everything To Gain (Sky Classic). Stud plans
are pending.
