Milanova (Danehill), a full sister to multiple Group 1 winner and French
highweight Holy Roman Emperor, is scheduled to go
under the
hammer at the upcoming Inglis Australian Weanling and Breeding Stock Sale. Part
of the
reduction of Tyreel Stud, which will sell on
June 29, the eight-year-old mare, herself a Group 3 winner and twice Group
1-placed in Australia, is being offered in foal to Encosta de Lago. A weanling
filly by More Than Ready out of Milanova is also cataloged to sell.

The Tyreel
Reduction also
includes the Irish One Thousand Guineas (Ire-G1) winner Hula Angel (Woodman),
who is
in foal to Elusive Quality. Also on offer the following Australian Group 1
winners: Bonanova (Star Way), who is
foal to Lonhro; Dashing Eagle (Danehill), in foal to More Than Ready; Sydney’s Dream (Bletchingly),
in foal to
Redoute’s Choice) and Asia, a Danehill half-sister to AJC Derby
(Aus-G1) winner Dr
Grace (*Sir Tristram).

The late Jim Fleming, who died last year, developed Tyreel Stud
into one of
Australia’s leading operations and was the leading consignor by average (12 sold
for an
average of A$930,000) at this year’s Inglis Australian Easter Sale. Also active
at American
auction houses, Fleming purchased a weanling daughter by Smarty Jones for $300,000 at the 2006 Keeneland November sale. Named You
Smarty
Pants, she is out of the Grade 3 winner Til Forbid (Temperence Hill) and is a half-sister to
Grade 3 winner Scoop, and is being offered as Hip No. 519 during the
upcoming breeding
stock sale.

“Jim Fleming was an innovator and liked to look outside the square.
He was a fan
of Smarty Jones and wanted to bring his bloodlines to Australia,” Tyreel Stud
Manager John
Vincent said. “She returned to Tyreel Stud from the breakers soon after Jim’s
passing and has
enjoyed a lovely spell here on the farm since. She is now ready to go straight
into work.”
