Today’s Topic: Follow fit and ready horses with Stable Alert

Horses that ship to other racetracks can be huge overlays because the locals
have no information on the horse. This is especially true at tracks we don’t
cover, where there is no Daily Clocker Report with the list of Fit and Ready
Horses in Today.

A case in point was KARELIAN, a Fit and Ready lister from New York who showed
one nondescript sprint at Aqueduct in which he broke poorly and ran around the
track. He had three Grade B+ workouts prior to that first race. At Calder on
December 18 he stretched out to a mile and from post position 10 he was wide all
the way until he burst into the stretch and ran away by five lengths. He paid
$49.40 to win.

By entering the Fit and Ready horses into the Stable Alert feature on BRISnet,
you will be notified when they are entered at any track and have the edge over
the “locals.”
