Arbitrate is a half-brother to 2005 Oaklawn H. (G2) winner Grand Reward
(Storm Cat), English Group 1 winner Sophisticat (Storm Cat) and multiple stakes
winner Serena’s Tune (Mr. Prospector). He is out of the multiple Grade 1 winner
and $3.2 million earner Serena’s Song (Rahy), who was named champion
three-year-old filly in 1995.

The chestnut, who finished second in the 2004 Dr. Fager S. at Arlington Park,
has captured five of 33 starts and earned $195,390. He most recently won an
allowance/optional claiming event at Churchill Downs on November 24.

Hip 944, a colt by Mr. Greeley, was the highest-priced yearling, going for
$200,000 to Jim Ryan. Consigned by Bruce Kline, agent, the chestnut youngster is
a half-brother to Grade 3-placed My Alibi (Sheikh Albadou [GB]). He is out of
the unraced Alydar mare Fellwaati, a half-sister to English stakes winner
Sabadilla (Sadler’s Wells). His second dam, stakes winner Jasmina (*Forli), is a
