Saturday’s $150,000 Endine S. (G3) at Delaware Park will feature eight
distaffers sprinting six furlongs on the main track. SECRET GYPSY (Sea of
Secrets) has been installed as the 8-5 favorite on the morning line and we can’t
go against the chestnut mare. Winner of the Honorable Miss H. (G2) and
Saylorville S. in her past two, the Ronny Werner charge earned stellar 102 BRIS
Speed ratings for each and appeared to score mostly under her own power. Jamie
Theriot, aboard for those starts, returns to the saddle here and could complete
the hat trick.

Vagrancy H. (G2) heroine HOUR GLASS (Petionville) ran second to Secret Gypsy
in the Honorable Miss last out and will be looking to turn the tables. While we
don’t think that will happen, we respect the bay’s talent and can’t completely
dismiss her from win consideration. The four-year-old has garnered a nice 101
Speed figure as well as a 110 BRIS E2 Pace number for her Vagrancy score and
will be saddled by trainer Todd Pletcher, who has been winning at a 29 percent
clip this year. Regular rider David Cohen will be in the irons.

MINDY SUE (Pleasantly Perfect) has run worse than third only once during her
11-race career, with that coming as a fifth in the Obeah H. (G3) two back. That
was sandwiched between easy wins in the Winter Melody S. and Dashing Beauty S.
for trainer McLean Robertson. The chestnut miss seemed to enjoy the cutback to
six furlongs in the Dashing Beauty last out and, at 8-1 on the morning line,
could offer some value in the exotics with Abel Castellano Jr. aboard.

ALL GIVING (Allen’s Prospect) dueled on the lead nearly all the way home in
the Trenton S. at Monmouth Park last out, but just tired late to be second over
a muddy track. If she utilizes those same tactics here the dark bay six-year-old
could find herself hanging around in the top three at the end.

LIFE LESSON (Unbridled’s Song) has spent the majority of her career running
on turf or synthetic tracks, but her two starts on conventional dirt tracks
weren’t all that bad. She could move forward on the main surface following a
nice third in the grassy Klassy Briefcase S. last out. IVORY EMPRESS (Seeking
the Gold) is another who might enjoy a form advance on the dirt while also
relishing the cutback in distance. The Ian Wilkes runner just missed by a neck
in Churchill Downs’ grassy Unbridled Sidney S. earlier in the season and could
pick up a check.

OUR KHRYSTY (Newfoundland) has run second against stakes company in her past
pair but might not be able to keep up with these. FORTUNE PLAY’s (Five Star Day)
two stakes attempts resulted in dismal placings. We don’t think she’ll fare well
while trying graded rivals.
