Mrazek runs into Del Mar Futurity picture with Graduation win

Reddam Racing’s homebred Mrazek (Square Eddie) may have earned a shot at the
$300,000 Del Mar Futurity (G1) going seven furlongs on September 7 following his
easy win in Wednesday’s $100,000

The chestnut colt, ridden by Mario Gutierrez and trained by Doug O’Neill, led
all the way in the 5 1/2-furlong Graduation and drew off in the lane to finish 3
1/4 lengths in front of fellow O’Neill trainee and Reddam Racing colorbearer
Ralis (Square Eddie). Mrazek stopped the clock in 1:03.77.
